Job Requirements

  1. You are Customer-obsessed and comfortable communicating to them.
  2. Cast is Product-focused, and so are you.
  3. You have experience working in startups and are comfortable performing varying tasks in line with the overall goals and vision of the company.
  4. You have experience working with a smart team of engineers and are an excellent communicator.
  5. Can Prioritize Tasks Effectively both for self and teams, and Intelligently triage bugs and enhancements.
  6. You are a natural at leading and bringing team-members together to solve problems.
  7. You can hire and build an effective world-class team.
  8. You encourage teams to work smart and productively.
  9. You inspire and motivate others and can give constructive criticism.
  10. You can give recognition effectively and get stuff done on time.
  11. You have 5+ years of previous software development experience building large-scale enterprise software or SaaS products targeting business users.
  12. You have extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization.
  13. Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, contributing to and taking ownership of key production services.
  14. Guide technology choices, architecture design, and development patterns.
  15. Translate product and market requirements into designs aligned with mid and long-term product and technology evolution goals.
  16. Respond well to problem escalations and resolve critical production issues.
  17. Experience with Javascript, React, Python, web technologies, speech, text to speech, machine learning, and scaling products.
